We collect information you provide directly to us, including (a) intake information submitted through the Request Support form (name, contact details, location, age range, the challenges you share with us, and consents); (b) information provided through the Stay Connected form; (c) donation information processed through Stripe (we never store full payment card numbers); and (d) basic analytics about page visits to help us improve the site.

Information is used solely to evaluate and respond to support requests, to communicate with you about ESEO Foundation, to process donations, and to improve our services. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information.

We share information only with vetted partners required to operate the foundation (e.g., our payment processor Stripe, our email infrastructure Proton Mail, our database hosting provider Supabase) and only to the extent necessary. We may share information when required by law.

We retain support request information as required to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected and to comply with our legal obligations. Donation records are retained per IRS requirements for 501(c)(3) organizations.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at the address below.

Submissions on behalf of someone under 18 require parent or legal guardian consent. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children under 13.

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest revision.
