ESEO Foundation exists to remove barriers — financial, educational, and informational — that stand between hurting people and the professional support they need. We come from a Christ-centered foundation; we serve people of every background.

• Not a clinical or medical provider
• Not a crisis intervention service
• Not a treatment facility or recovery program
• Not a licensed social services agency
• Not a church or pastoral counseling ministry

Intake is administrative. When you submit a Request Support form, it enters our review queue, where the team reads each request with care, applies a triage framework to ensure the most urgent requests are handled first, and follows up within a few business days.

Submitting an intake form, receiving a referral, or receiving financial assistance does not create a clinical, therapeutic, or professional relationship with the foundation.

Engaging with ESEO Foundation — including visiting our website, submitting an intake form, receiving a resource referral, or receiving financial assistance — does not create a therapist-client, doctor-patient, attorney-client, or any other professional or fiduciary relationship.
